Workers Comp Clinic

• New Injuries: Injured workers who have not yet been evaluated by a medical provider can walk in during Urgent Care hours 7 days per week to establish care within 30 days of their injury date.

  
  

• Established Work Comp Claims: If you are seeking a new Attending Provider, call 541-957-1111 to speak with a Work Comp Coordinator.  Records may be required prior to scheduling.

• Most Work Comp Insurances accepted, Oregon Claims Only.

• Attending Physicians available for Follow Up appointments 4 days per week once established.
