MD

Dr. Dustin Meyers is a new member of the Evergreen Family Medicine team starting summer 2020. He recently moved to the Roseburg area alongside his wife, Dr. Natalie Moffett. He is proud to now call himself an Oregonian and excited to join this beautiful community. Dr. Meyers familiarized himself with rural living by growing up in an unincorporated town in West Virginia. He graduated from the Ohio State University in 2012 with a degree in Molecular Genetics, then obtained his M.D. from West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2017. With a passion for preventative medicine and holistic patient care, he completed training at the WVU Rural Family Medicine Residency in Harpers Ferry, WV in 2020. Raised as a Boy Scout, he has diverse volunteer experiences such as serving as medical staff for the World Scouting Jamboree and the Diabetes Camp of West Virginia. In addition to full-scope practice in adult and pediatric medicine, he has particular interests in nutrition and diabetes care. In his spare time he is usually exploring the outdoors with trail running, biking or kayaking.
